1. Service Agreement
- Our consulting services are provided only after agreement confirmation via email or signed document.
- Scope of work will be clearly defined before starting the project.
- Any additional service outside the agreed scope will be chargeable.
2. Payment Terms
- All payments are to be made in advance as per the package selected.
- Payment methods accepted: UPI / Net Banking / Bank Transfer / Payment Gateway.
- No Refund Policy once the service process is initiated.
3. Confidentiality
- We respect client privacy and maintain strict confidentiality of business data, documents, and strategies shared with us.
- Client’s personal information is used only for service-related communication.
4. Service Delivery Timelines
- Project completion time may vary based on the service chosen and client response time.
- Any delays from the client’s side may impact the delivery schedule.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Work Link Solution will not be responsible for any business losses, profit reduction, or indirect damages arising from service use.
- Final business decisions are at the client’s discretion.
6. Governing Law
Any legal disputes shall be subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Indian Laws.
